Why do we only publish once every month? We want to be able to provide a quality product and also in newsworthy articles that will make people want to read it when it gets published.

We are conscious of local community groups and invite all clubs (not for profit clubs and organisations) to participate in the Community Kalori as we know it is hard for you to get coverage in other media so we are proud of the fact that we can supply the opportunity for all local groups to advertise their information FREE of charge.
